Colleague Access

Colleague Production Environment

The “Production” environment contains the production Colleague database (formerly known as “LIVE”).

Colleague Test Environment

The “Test” environment is a sandbox where you can test things.

As of March 24, 2026, the TEST environment requires MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to log in.  This change has been made in preparation for doing the same for our production environment (coming soon).

Remember that if you are working remotely, you need to be connected to the Lewis & Clark network via VPN (virtual private network). For more information about working remotely and VPN, see IT’s Working Remotely resource page.
