MLK Day of Service

Instead of a day off work or school, Lewis & Clark students, faculty, and staff members celebrated the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. through community service. The Office of Student Leadership and Service, in cooperation with the Office of Ethnic Student Services, hosted Lewis & Clark’s first Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on January 15.

The Office of Student Leadership and Service, in cooperation with the Office of Ethnic Student Services, hosted Lewis & Clark’s first Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on January 15. 

Volunteers worked with the Portland community to move books at Roosevelt High School and deliver a water quality education program for low-income families.
