Do you remember taking classes or visiting professors in Thaxter, Throckmorton, or Edmonds? In preparation for deconstructing these circa-1960s buildings to pave the way for Howard Hall—a new 50,000-square-foot building for teaching and research—the College wants to honor the memory of the beloved professors after whom the buildings were named:
- Benjamin Thaxter, former professor of English and field biology
- Arthur Throckmorton, former chair of the history department
- T.J. Edmonds, former professor of business administration
