Stellar Alumna
Wendy Hansen ’01 recently garnered two prestigious academic awards: a National Science Foundation fellowship and a National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate fellowship. She is enrolled in a graduate program in biophysics at the University of California at Berkeley.
While at Lewis & Clark, Hansen majored in physics and French studies and conducted research on gecko adhesion with Kellar Autumn, assistant professor of biology. She received the College’s Rena J. Ratte Award, which recognizes a graduating senior for exceptional academic achievement.
