A Bibliography and Essays
The Literature of the Lewis and Clark Expedition: A Bibliography and Essays “transcends pure scholarship to become art,” in the eyes of Oregonian critic Peter Sleeth. Lavishly illustrated with images from the College’s collections, the new book is divided into seven sections annotating expedition-related literature from 1754 to 2001. Scholarly essays introduce each section.
