Congratulations to the women’s cross country team on advancing to the nationals for the first time in school history (Chronicle, winter 2013).
As a former three-time All-American in cross country (22nd in 1962, 10th in 1963, 9th in 1965) and a six-time All-American in track from 1963 to 1966 (two-mile, three-mile, and steeplechase), I am pleased that the college’s running program is still thriving!
