Open gallery

The 32nd annual Gender Studies Symposium, held in mid-March, offered meditations on gender and religion.
Speakers included Rita Gross, a Buddhist scholar and senior teacher; Amina Wadud, a scholar of Islamic studies; and a trio of panelists addressing religion within the LGBTQ communities.
The three-day event also included a meditative labyrinth walk and more than 20 panel discussions, interactive workshops, performances, and other events related to gender, sexuality, religion, spirituality, and faith.
