Beckham Scholarship Fundraising Dinner
On November 9, Jake Greenberg BA ’79 hosted a fundraising dinner for the Professor Stephen Dow Beckham Scholarship at his business, Classic Foods, in Portland.
The scholarship, which is now endowed, was established through the generosity of many donors in recognition of Beckham’s influential 34-year teaching career at Lewis & Clark. Recipients of the scholarship are history majors who share Beckham’s scholarly interests in the history of the American West, the American Indian, or the Pacific Northwest.
