In June, more than 700 alumni, friends, and family enjoyed perfect Portland summer weather while attending Alumni Weekend.
An opening reception featuring alumni winemakers set the stage for a special weekend, which included class reunions, an LGBTQ+ karaoke and mocktails event, a dance glow party, a storytelling session, and a special Juneteenth commemoration. Alumni also enjoyed an all-community Fir Acres Feast in the Estate Gardens, complete with face painting, baby goats, and a llama.
As part of the weekend’s festivities, we honored outstanding members of our community at the annual Alumni Honors Celebration; reconnected with retired faculty, staff, and coaches; and heard from classmates and faculty during Alumni College sessions.
