Subscribe to L&C Paid Holidays and Other Essential Calendars

Google Calendar’s shared-calendar checkboxes are used to control the visibility of events and to add or remove calendars from your view. When a shared calendar is added, it appears in the “Other calendars” list on the left side of the screen, and a checkbox next to its name allows you to show or hide it. Clicking the checkbox toggles the display of events from that specific calendar. 

The following list includes shared calendars that are currently available for employees. For questions about how to create a shareable calendar for your campus office or department, contact itservice@lclark.edu. 

L&C’s Paid Holidays

The Office of Human Resources now provides an easy way for employees to add paid holidays into their daily calendar view. Instead of manually adding these dates, employees can subscribe to HR’s “L&C Paid Holidays” to ensure paid vacation days are directly added to their Google Calendar.

2. Click “Add ” button. The calendar will now appear under your “Other Calendars.”
3. You can check and uncheck this calendar from this list to show/hide it as needed.

Administrative Assembly

The quarterly Administrative Assembly for L&C staff is an opportunity to come together and discuss current affairs and initiatives at Lewis & Clark. It’s not just business; it’s about building a stronger Lewis & Clark together!

3. You can check and uncheck this calendar from this list to show/hide it as needed.

One L&C

The ONE L&C Employee Engagement committee’s mission is to help make Lewis & Clark the best place to work by providing inclusive opportunities for our community to engage, learn, and foster wellness. All are welcome to participate, attend a meeting, propose an idea, and join One L&C events (one event per month).

Multi-Faith Calendar

Provided by the Office of Spiritual Life, this calendar lists various religious holidays throughout the year, promoting awareness and inclusivity within our community.
