Lewis & Clark swimming put together a terrific performance at the 2026 NWC Championship Meet in Boise, Idaho, in mid-February.

Senior Ezra Billings won his fourth career NWC title when he finished first out of 35 swimmers in the 100 Freestyle. The senior touched the wall in a season-best time of 44.89 to win the A Final by 0.12 seconds. Billings added second-place finishes in the 50 Free and 100 Butterfly. He was also a member of two relay teams that earned All-Conference accolades. The quartet of seniors Zach Martin and Michael Spicer, sophomore Sam LoCurto, and Billings placed second overall in the 400 and 800 Free Relays and set the program record in the 200 Medley Relay. The men’s team combined to post 15 All-Conference honors and finished sixth overall in the team standings.

Seniors Elise Barton and Aniqah Gaffoor and junior Angie Cummings teamed up to post five All-Conference honors for the women’s team. Barton garnered her first career First Team All-Conference award after finishing third overall in the 100 Free. Barton and Cummings each took home two awards and Gaffoor claimed her first All-Conference honors since the 2023 season.
