Rain or shine, our buildings should be protected—but the Frank Manor’s historic lead, copper, and bronze gutters and downspouts have other plans! After years of wear, oxidation, and some serious leaks, it’s time for a much-needed upgrade to keep our historic structures standing strong.

This project will:
✅ Replace failing gutters & downspouts with durable, historically compliant materials
✅ Prevent leaks and water damage that could threaten the building’s integrity
✅ Preserve the charm and history of our campus while adding modern resilience
