Canopy EAP services are completely confidential—Lewis & Clark does not receive any personal, demographic, or identifying information about employees or their household members who use the program. Reports provided to the college only include general usage data, such as the types of services accessed and the number of sessions used, without any individual details. Your privacy is fully protected.
Seamless Care Continuity: Connecting You with Covered Providers
Canopy EAP will make every effort to connect members with a provider who accepts their insurance, helping to ensure continuity of care if they choose to continue services beyond their four allotted sessions. Canopy does have access to a network of mental health providers who are credentialed with Kaiser.
Key Mental Health Benefits:
- Four Free Counseling Sessions per Issue: Employees and their immediate family members or anyone living in their household can receive up to four sessions per concern, with no cost.
- 24/7 Confidential Support: Licensed professionals are available anytime for guidance on personal and work-related challenges.
- Flexible Counseling Options: Sessions can be conducted in person, via video, or over the phone.
- Diverse Areas of Support: Services cover a wide range of mental health topics, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, work-life balance, and more.
- Crisis Assistance: Immediate support is available for urgent mental health needs.
