Hi, my name is Nombuso Sphokazi Msibi. I am from Eswatini, a small kingdom in Africa. I am a UWC East Africa alumni.
My best memories from UWC have to be the conversations I would have with my friends. It was interesting and fun to learn about each other’s culture and to see how one’s background influences their opinions. I cannot forget to mention the food. I loved eating the cultural dishes my friends prepared.
What made me consider Lewis and Clark was the warm community and their commitment to well rounded education. In college, I am planning to major in Economics. I find learning about how the economic decisions made by people and the government shape our world to be fascinating.
My hobbies are reading, learning languages and attempting to dance. Something interesting would be I am a major history and art nerd. I will spend my entire day in a museum, no bribes necessary.
At Lewis and Clark I hope to develop a better understanding of myself and my capabilities. I hope to grow to be a risk taker who gets an adrenaline rush when faced with challenges.
