What do I do if I am sick and the Health Center is closed?

Click on the following link for a list of hospitals, immediate, and urgent care facilities in the area. Please note, not all of these facilities are covered by the school-sponsored health insurance plan. For in-network facilities please visit PacificSource’s Find a Doctor webpage and search for facilities in the Navigator network.
What do I do if I need a prescription medication?
Providers can prescribe medications for most medical conditions. Prior to sending a prescription, you will need to have an office visit with a provider. For medications not available at the clinic, providers can send in a prescription to the pharmacy you choose. Please check with your insurance company to assure coverage.
Will my visit to the Health Center be confidential?
Yes, we respect your privacy at all times. Medical records are strictly confidential and are not released without your written consent. Our medical records release form is available on our Forms page.
Will I be charged a fee at the Health Center?
There is no charge for office visits. However, there are charges for certain services, including in house laboratory tests, dispensed medications, immunizations, and some medical procedures. Most charges are billed to your Student Account — the Health Center does not bill insurance. For labs sent off campus to Quest, they will bill your insurance. If you have questions regarding Quest Billing, please call 1-866-697-8378 or access their Customer Service here.
Please note that there is a $35.00 fee for all no-show appointments and for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
***ATTENTION***
The Health Center does not bill insurance companies, but a receipt for charged services can be found on the Health Information Portal. You will need to register on the Health Information Portal to obtain copies of your receipts/statements, which can be sent to your insurance company for reimbursement. Call your insurance company Customer Service number to learn more about reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that Lewis & Clark charged services are covered under your plan.
Can I use off-campus medical services with the school-sponsored medical insurance plan?
