PacificSource Digital ID Cards

 

More Convenience & Less Plastic

When you visit your doctor or pharmacy, you’ll need to present your PacificSource member ID card to ensure they have the correct insurance information.

PacificSource no longer automatically mails plastic member ID cards to members. Instead, you have the following options:

1. Print Card: If you prefer a printed card (or to download a PDF) you have the option to print one from the PacificSource website. 

2. Online Account Access: You can set up access to your plan information through the PacificSource secure website, InTouch for Members. Once you’ve signed up, you can log in to see your PacificSource account information, access online tools, and you can sign up to receive explanation of benefits statements by email, instead of mail.

3. Request a plastic card be mailed to you email: studenthealth@pacificsource.com or call Pacific Source at (855) 274-9814 (toll-free).
