College Navigator

College Navigator consists primarily of IPEDS data and is a tool used by prospective students and their families to compare college options.

Integrated Postsecondary Data Sharing (IPEDS)

All U.S. institutions receiving federal funding must supply data to the Federal Government via IPEDS.  Using this standard-definition data, you can look up reports about Lewis & Clark College and compare what you find with data about other schools using selection criteria or the name of the institution.

National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)

Through its student survey, The College Student Report, NSSE annually collects information at hundreds of four-year colleges and universities about first-year and senior students’ participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal development. The results provide an estimate of how undergraduates spend their time and what they gain from attending college.

University and College Accountability Network (U-CAN)

U-CAN is an online tool designed to offer prospective students and their families concise, Web-based consumer-friendly information about the nation’s private, nonprofit colleges and universities in a common format.  It was developed and is maintained by the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU).
