L&C Shuttle (Formerly Pio Express)
Our free shuttle service is designed to help students, staff, and faculty travel between campus, downtown, and connect to other public transportation options. The shuttle does not operate during the summer session.
**UPDATE - Shuttle IMPACT & Delay** - 12/9/2025 - Shuttle is currently broken down on Palatine Hill Rd. Spare bus is in route with ETA being 10-20 minutes. Operation expected to resume at Fowler for the 11:20a departure.
Announcements Winter Break 2025-26:
Shuttle:
- No shuttle service during winter break
- Last operational day of shuttle will be Wednesday, Dec 17
- Shuttle will resume operation on Sunday, Jan 18, 2026
- Monday, Jan 19 (MLK Day) will be on Weekend Route schedule
Enforcement/Spring Permits:
- Fall semester enforcement will end on Wed, Dec 17
- Spring Permits are currently on sale and can be purchased on the parking portal.
- Permit Enforcement will resume on Tuesday, Jan 20.
- Law School Campus - Reserved lots (3L & Staff) will resume on Jan 5

- L&C Transportation and Parking has special two pack (2.5 hr) tickets on sale for $1.40 on the parking portal
- Please allow order at least two days prior to departure. If you do not have a TriMet card already issued allow for an extra day and you will need to pick up a card at the Campus Safety Office
- Uber / Lyft ~ $50 trip
- Taxi Service - Price can vary depending on time (but can sometimes be cheaper than Lyft / Uber)

Inclement Weather
If Lewis & Clark is delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather, scheduled shuttle service will be adjusted accordingly and will be issued via L&C Shuttle X (Twitter) account
