Invitation to Join the CAS-Forum Listserv

The CAS-forum listserv is a Google group that offers a space for our College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) community to participate in email-based conversations. You can join the listserv by writing to cas-forum+subscribe@lclark.edu.

Conversation topics for the CAS Forum are numerous. For example:

  • Are you interested in following up via email on discussions about the future of the liberal arts? Inclusive pedagogy? Budgetary priorities? General education?
  • Did you see a compelling article in the Chronicle of Higher Education? The New York Times? The Oregonian? The Pio Log?
  • Have you learned about an exciting new pedagogical technique or interdisciplinary topic through a conference? A conversation with colleagues? Research News and Brews? A website of a peer institution?

Any of these topics (and many more!) can be shared on the CAS Forum listserv.

In the footer of every email to this group, there are instructions about how to opt out of a thread, unsubscribe, post to the group, and access the Google Group (including conversation archives).
