Open Enrollment 2023
Open Enrollment for the 2023 to 2024 plan year begins February 20, 2023 and will end on March 17, 2023, at 5 p.m.

We have arrived again at open enrollment season and wanted to get some key information out to employees before it begins. The first thing to be aware of is this will be a Passive Open Enrollment. That means that your current elections will carry over to the new plan year EXCEPT for medical flexible spending accounts and dependent care spending accounts. You must re-enroll for any flexible spending account elections each open enrollment.
Upcoming learning opportunities:
- Employee Benefits webinar on February 21, 2023 at noon. This webinar will be recorded and posted for anyone unable to attend.
- Employee Benefits Fair in Stamm Hall of the Student Center (on the CAS campus) from 10 a.m.—1 p.m. on Tuesday February 28, 2023
Check out the Employee Benefits Guide (PDF) which provides additional information about all of our benefits. Please remember to review the changes to the medical plans and take time to attend the benefits webinar and benefits fair to get additional information and ask questions.
Reach out to HR@lclark.edu if you have any questions and be on the look out for additional communications about open enrollment in the coming weeks.
