New HR Generalist Tiffany Burress brings outstanding customer service and higher ed experience.
“She has proven to be an asset to the team and we are excited to welcome her as a full-time contributor,” Associate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer Institutional Helen Howell said. “Since she joined the team, Tiffany has gone above and beyond to creatively and efficiently add process improvements to the HR team that have resulted in 100% compliance. Tiffany has already been an active community member by joining ONE L&C and volunteering for events like move-in day.”
“I have long admired the Higher Ed realm and am overjoyed to be here!” Tiffany said. “Since I joined the college in July, I have fallen in love with this campus and its culture. I am excited to officially work alongside my HR colleagues to continue to proactively transform the HR department as we strive to contribute to the betterment of the lives of staff and faculty at Lewis & Clark college. I look forward to fostering robust professional and community relationships that can grow throughout my career.”
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys playing pickleball and golf and watching her two teenage daughters play volleyball. Please help us in welcoming Tiffany to the HR team!
