As we continually strive to improve and adapt, your input is indispensable.”
The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and will safeguard your progress. As in, if you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you can return to the place you left off if you are using the same computer and browser.
All responses will remain confidential and will only be used in the aggregate for the purpose of analysis and decision-making regarding Lewis & Clark’s benefits offerings.

The survey will close at the end of the day on May 7.
