New Endowment Funds will Recognize Faculty and Staff Excellence

“I am so pleased to announce these new funds designed to recognize excellent performance by Lewis & Clark faculty and staff,” said President Robin H. Holmes-Sullivan. “Thanks to our generous donors, we will be able to reward those whose efforts go above and beyond what is expected in support of our students and our mission. Honoring excellence in this way is just one part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our work culture and make Lewis & Clark a best-in-class employer in the region.”

A lead gift from former Board Chair Stephanie Fowler MA ’97, along with recent bequests from the estates of Lorry Lokey and Peter H. Nilsen BA ’69 will establish these funds, for which additional gifts will be solicited and accepted. The selection process, to be developed by President Holmes-Sullivan and members of the Executive Council, is forthcoming. Faculty and staff from across the institution will be eligible.
