Updated Guidance and FAQs for Employees Regarding Immigration Enforcement Actions

The Office of the General Counsel has updated the Frequently-Asked-Questions document for frontline employees about what to do in the event of immigration law enforcement contact or action on campus.

In response to concerns and requests for information from Lewis & Clark employees, the Office of the General Counsel has updated its guidance and Frequently-Asked-Questions document for frontline employees about what to do in the event of immigration law enforcement contact or action on campus. The updated FAQ document includes suggested scripts for frontline employees in the event of law enforcement action on our campus. It also provides links to resources that can be shared with concerned members of our community, including Resources for Immigrant Members of the LC Community and the Higher Education Immigration Portal’s Know Your Rights resources.
