Pamplin Exterior Guardrail Improvements

Pamplin is getting an important upgrade to keep water out of concrete and install a guardrail system that will meet modern code! By removing concrete and replacing it with a new guardrail, we eliminate the need to seal exterior cracks in the concrete. This will also prevent moisture intrusion, ensuring the structure stays strong, dry, and well-maintained.

Prevents Costly Repairs – Keeping water out reduces wear and tear, helping us protect Pamplin’s foundation and structure.
