Exciting improvements are on the way! We’re modernizing the Fowler service elevator, ensuring it’s more reliable, durable, and efficient for back-of-house operations. This upgrade will help preserve the newer passenger elevator for students and visitors, while making sure campus operations keep running smoothly.

What’s Changing?

New & Improved Finishes – The elevator will be upgraded to 5WL Steel, making it more durable for service use.

Enhanced Reliability – The current elevator has reached the end of its useful life, so this update will ensure safe, smooth rides for years to come.

Better Passenger Experience – By modernizing the service elevator, we’re helping extend the life of the primary passenger elevator, keeping it in top shape for ADA accessibility and everyday use.
