My grandmother’s have always been my biggest role models. They always taught me to be strong, assertive and compassionate.
How do you empower yourself and the women around you?
I empower myself by keeping a positive mindset and sharing knowledge with women around me.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Trust your instincts and follow your passion.
Describe your job. What do you like best about your work?
Fast paced at times, rewarding and tasty! What I like the best about my job are the students and providing friendly and helpful service to them.
What’s your favorite spot on campus?
That is yet to be determined. I have not been able to explore the campus beyond “The Bone” but it is on my to do list.
What is your favorite thing about living in Portland?
The beautiful nature.
