December Reduced Hours and Winter Break Closure

Winter Break closure and reduced hours.

Student and Departmental Account Services will be closed for in-person transactions starting December 22, 2025 at 2pm. This includes receiving cash reimbursements. Please submit all in person cash deposits by Monday, December 22 before 12 p.m to provide processing time. Deposits left in our drop box after 2p.m. Monday, December 22 may not be processed until we return from Winter Break in January. In order to provide us enough time for processing, please remit deposits before the above times.

Additionally, we will be closed for Winter Break at 2p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2025 through Sunday, January 4, 2026. The college will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The Business Office will process the final AP check run for December on Thursday, December 18. All payment requests with management approval submitted to the Business Office by end of day on Friday, December 12 will have checks processed on Thursday, December 18. If you require a check before Winter Break, the check request must be submitted to Accounts Payable by the end of day on Friday, December 12.

Online payments will continue to be available through our partnership with Nelnet during our closure. Nelnet is accessible for account access questions during our closure with the exception of the following days; December 24 – Closing at 4:00 PM (Central), December 25, December 31 – Closing at 4:00 PM (Central) and January 1.
