Lewis & Clark partners with Heartland ECSI to distribute the 1098-T Tax Form. Eliminate potential mail complications and consent to electronic access of your 1098-T Tax Form. To withdraw from having a paper 1098-T mailed and enroll in electronic access click here. If you are already enrolled and wish to access the electronic copy click here.

If you choose not to enroll, a paper copy of your 1098-T Tax Form will be mailed to your preferred mailing address on record with Lewis & Clark by the end of January.

IRS regulations require institutions of higher education to report in Box 1 all payments received, up to the amount of the qualified tuition and related expenses. Additionally, in box 5 we report the total dollar amount of scholarships and grants that are administered and processed by the school.
