We offer an architecturally distinctive, thoughtfully maintained setting where family and friends can gather to honor a loved one. These services are held on Sundays and scheduled based on chapel availability.

Our Role at Lewis & Clark

As part of Facilities Services, the Conferences and Events office coordinates the operational planning, resource deployment, and day-of-event execution required to support events across the institution.

We work with Facilities trades, Campus Safety, Bon Appétit Dining Services, and other campus partners to ensure events have what they need—from space allocation and setup coordination to guest services and emergency response protocols.

We manage both auxiliary revenue programs (conferences, weddings, summer camps, external rentals) and common services for the campus community (academic events, student organization programs, departmental gatherings).
