A set of classroom notes and notetaking can take on many forms. The Office of the Associate Dean of Student Affairs, Libby Davis, coordinates notetaking services for law students. If you have any questions, please contact Libby Davis (eadavis@lclark.edu).
Logistics
Notetaking can take on many forms. The Office of Student Accessibility (OSA) embraces the principles of Universal Design around notetaking.
Who qualifies?
Note taking is an important skill and an imperative part of some classes. Several disabilities related to auditory processing, graphomotor difficulties, memory, and concentration can make synchronous notetaking in class inaccessible.
If you have any questions regarding how to access class recordings, please contact Libby Davis (eadavis@lclark.edu).

Please allow 5-7 days turnaround time for bar accommodation and character and fitness forms to be completed and returned to you by Associate Dean Libby Davis. If you have any questions, please contact Libby Davis (eadavis@lclark.edu).
We know that pregnancy can impact attendance and coursework completion. Pregnant students have the right to pregnancy-related absences and medically required treatments and appointments should be excused. Consideration for flexibility with assignment deadlines during pregnancy-related absences is an expectation.
Please contact the Title IX Coordinator Lori Makin-Byrd, lmakin-byrd@lclark.edu or the Deputy Title IX Coordinator Libby Davis, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, if you need assistance managing absences or coordinating with your faculty regarding late work submissions that may occur due to pregnancy or postpartum needs.
