Accommodate Software Instructions
LOG IN TO ACCOMMODATECOMPLETE INTAKE FORM (first time only)
The Office of Student Accessibility (OSA) uses Accommodate, a secure web-based platform, to support students throughout the accommodations process. All registered students and faculty members with a Lewis & Clark ID number and email address have access to the system.
Students can:
- Request new accommodations
- Submit a semester request to share your accommodations with your faculty and/or relevant staff
- Schedule appointments with OSA
- Schedule accommodated exams (CAS and LAW only)
- View your accommodation letters
- Upload documentation
Faculty can:
- View and sign their students’ accommodation letters
- View all students with accommodations in their class
- Upload exams and instructions for students who are taking exams with OSA
To get started, log in using your Lewis & Clark Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.
