OSA Exam Information

Undergraduate Students

Please check in with your faculty to see how each class will be managing exams. Some faculty may be able to proctor exam accommodations. If they cannot, and you have an upcoming exam that you need to take with OSA, please remember to schedule your exam with OSA in advance. During the semester, the deadline to submit an exam request is noon 2 business days prior to the date of the exam. Final exams will have an earlier deadline. Please note that exam scheduling requests are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Use Accommodate to schedule your exams with OSA. Click here for instructions on how to do this

Graduate Students

Please check in with your faculty about how they will be handling exams and whether they can proctor your exam given your accommodations. If they can’t proctor or if they need support, then please contact Associate Dean, Danielle Torres (dtorres@lclark.edu).

Graduate students do not use Accommodate to schedule exams and do not take exams in the OSA Testing Center.

Law Students

The Law School Registrar’s Office coordinates exam accommodations, and law students with accommodations take exams on the law school campus. If you have an upcoming exam, midterm, or quiz, please reach out to lawreg@lclark.edu as soon as possible. Each semester, there is a deadline by which students must make arrangements for final exams.

Important note for CAS and LAW students: If you do not see “Testing Room” as an option in Accommodate, it means you either do not have approved exam accommodations, or you still need to complete your Semester Request. Once your request is submitted and processed, the “Testing Room” option will appear.
