Brand Personality
Our brand personality is exactly what it sounds like: this is what you’d say if you described L&C as a person. We identified five key traits, and then we elaborated on them a bit. When you are writing or talking about the institution, you can sprinkle in these words and ideas. You can also think “bigger picture”about the tone and feeling of your message.
